Registration & Activity Fees: I understand that all registration and activity/supply fees are non-refundable. The registration fee is due at the time of child’s enrollment. Activity and supply fees are paid yearly and due by August 1st or at the time of new enrollment.  * 
Parent Handbook & School Policies: I agree to read the Parent Handbook in its entirety and abide by all rules and terms.  * 
Enrollment Termination for Non-Payment: Monroe First United Methodist Preschool Academy reserves the right to terminate a child’s enrollment if the account becomes past due for more than 2 months.  * 
Change of Information: I understand as the Parent/Guardian, it is my responsibility to inform the Preschool/Preschool Director of any and all changes of: Address, emergency contacts ,phone numbers, names and authorization of individuals allowed to drop off/pick up child, medical conditions, and/or allergy information.  * 
Tuition: Tuition is due by the first of every month. Tuition is paid starting in August and ending in May. The full amount of tuition is due each month no matter the holidays, school closings, or other circumstances.  * 
School Calendar: Monroe First United Methodist Preschool Academy follows the Walton County Public School System. If they are closed, we are closed. If they have delayed opening, we will close due to our half day schedule. You can find school closings on our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/MonroePreschool or watch for Walton County School Closings on local news.  * 
Snow Make Up Days: We will not schedule snow make up days for the school year, unless there are five or more days missed due to school closings and cancellations.  *
