| Tuition Agreement: Tuition may be paid by cash, check, or bill pay set up by you with your bank. Tuition will be due on the first of every month. If tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month, a $25 late fee will apply and be added to the tuition total. Full tuition will be due no matter the amount of holidays, teacher workdays, school closings, or child sick days. I understand that if I no longer pay tuition or if I am withdrawing my child, a 30 day written notice will apply and the next month’s tuition will be required to be paid as well. I have read and agree to the tuition information given above and will abide by all rules and regulations that have been given to me. |
